Moon Pies.

The Moon Pie is a southern processed snack cake with a marshmallow filling. It is made in Tennessee and not easy to find outside of the southeastern United States. Chocolate is one coating, but there are others, with Banana probably being the next most popular. I love them, and I haven't come across any in a long time, so I decided to make my own. These were much better than the real thing (better ingredients, not processed tasting), which made them simultaneously better and inferior to the real thing.
