My very special teddy

My lovely daughter created this bear for me a few years back now and it has always been very special to me. When you squeeze her tummy she says 'I love you Mummy', which Catie recorded herself in the build a bear shop when she made me the bear. Originally she had a nurses outfit, but I'm unsure where that it at present, but I think she looks lovely in her ball gown.
