Puffin Time

After a very smooth crossing - and a lovely warm calm day at the south  end of Shetland, it was good to round off the day with the puffins at Sumburgh Head.  

At this time of year there are lots of puffins sitting on eggs so the activity around the burrows is very purposeful.  There will be time for just sitting around later in the summer.
