Positive

Turns out I’m not invincible after all ;-)
Not really a surprise that yesterday’s ignored sore throat escalated into full Covid symptoms and a positive test today. So annoying and disruptive for work who are already one person down and needed me back onto the track running on return from holiday. Grumpiness all round!
I had to deliver a 4 hour training that started early this morning and was a nightmare to stay focused for. Turns out Dom Cummings was correct that Covid messes up your eyesight, very weird. Also confused my brain in very weird way. I now know the true meaning of brain fog.
Slept most of the day then dozed a while in the late afternoon sun. Felt so much better when I got outside actually.
