Architecture

I went in to London today to meet up with some old colleagues (old in every sense!). It was good to chat and catch up with them - the first time I have seen them since before the start of the pandemic (we normally aim to meet every 6 months).

Afterwards I went for a stroll around the Southwark area.  The amount of building work going on is astonishing.  Every time I go a new building seems to have appeared.  My blip shows a building which may not be that new, but I have not noticed it  before.  It is just behind the Tate Modern.

I was pretty tired when I got home this evening, but I still managed to drag myself to the swimming pool. Tally today: 10,267 steps and 2300m swim.
