Overnights

I left work at ten this morning after having spent the night there.

I then went out on my bike in the sun for a few hours in The East.

I then came back to work to spend the night here once again (sickness cover, it doesn't happen very often, and it does mean I'm free tomorrow from 10am when normally I wouldn't be - I'm not complaining).
