Back on the Tree Work

We left the heavy tree cutting for two weeks. What a surprise when looking at the sawing Matt did that gravity pulled on branch down. So, back to work getting the old pine disconnected from the bittersweet vine and to try to save the Hawthorn tree.
Matt is a retired dairy farmer. He let me know that Hawthorn trees used to grow wild in his pastures. The birds f=brought the seeds in. They were a bane of his mowing existence! Ironically he was trying to save one!
