Taking the dog for a walk?

We took our two Yorkies for a stroll this afternoon and met this fella being taken for a walk. Apparently this is a purpose built dog buggy, specifically for taking little doggies out in the fresh air. He seemed to be enjoying the attention immensely, although his owner told us he can no longer walk far, hence the buggy.
