Ice Cream Cones

Had a lovely Mothers's Day dinner with friends. After dinner, the littlest one requested a short Little People video. Hard to resist the adorable 2 year old way of asking. Since the tv is in their playroom and they had to finish their ice cream cones in the dining room, they perched themselves on these steps, just at the dining room's boundary. Straining their eyes to see the video as they licked away, one after another quickly finished and bolted closer to the tv. It was a funny scene, and most pleasing because it was the most peaceful moment we adults had experienced all evening.
