Finally

For those of you who have been following the BMW R100s conversion project that I have been working on for the past three years on my regular monday-night-wrenching-nights, this Honda VTR 1000 SP-2 in the foreground, that belongs to a fellow wrencher must be a familiar sight, as it is in the background of a lot of my blips. It has been in the workshop longer than my R100s with only some small work required as it being recommissioned instead of converted.

Unfortunately the owner broke his wrist in a motorcycle racing incident almost three years ago and only recently has regained enough motion and strength to start riding again. He didn’t want to have the bike finished before he could ride again, so we are now helping him out getting it on the road asap.
