Stonehaven

It is a little over four weeks since I last used the car. The weather was sunny and reasonably warm by Aberdeenshire standards, though with quite a strong breeze.

In view of the fairly clement weather a run down the dual carriageway to Stonehaven seemed quite an attractive idea, and the drive would charge up the battery and blow the cobwebs from the engine. I was surprised to see how much dust has attached itself to the car in four weeks. It is now badly in need of a wash.

Stonehaven was fairly quiet, though the pub at the harbour seemed to be doing good business with people sitting outside enjoying a drink in the sunshine.
