Majority of the day was wet so much needed desk and office work got done, well started !
Evening turned sunny and I had to mind where I walked in Susan’s woodlands as the grass paths were covered in hundreds of snails on the move …. Bit of spring in their trails, looking for some snail love by the looks of it.
Signed up for a guided group breath work session on Sat, Wim Hoff style . No ice mentioned but transformations will occur apparently - bring it on !
