Lego before breakfast

They decided to ditch the morning tv routine (we found ourselves in it when I was also working, and it's very hard to ditch), and play lego instead.  Happy with that! 

No-one really slept very well last night, probably because it was so muggy.  Cat decided it wanted to go out at 4.30, I woke up again at 5.30 and knew I wasn't getting back to sleep.  On the plus side, I had some of the housework done by breakfast.  Dropped the boys, whizzed home for a run with the dog before going out again to London.  Husband left home at 6.30 to do a farm visit, home around lunch time.  

Tired now. 

Today I'm grateful for:

A morning run, not going for the easy option of a walk 
Sorting out a situation at work (dropped by a contractor with a day's notice) and getting the result I wanted.
