Time to learn!!

As I’m starting to veer more and more to trail over roads, I’m trying to learn more about the trails and how best to run them, it’s reassuring to know I’ve been getting lots of things right and good to know where improvements can be made!!

Here’s to becoming more of a trail runner!!
