Caught in flight

Towels washed, out and dried.  A bit of gardening in the shade, which is very welcome because it's extraordinarily hot.  Not that I'm complaining, I love the warmth.

Contacted on WhatsApp by one of the ladies on our patch who asked me to drop a note about our Facebook group to someone new.  I was lucky enough to catch the man as he was putting his golf clubs in the car, so we had a short chat.

Gradually getting things together and making a list in case I forget things.  I write lists every time we go away but I can never remember where I've put them, so have to start again.

There were bee-flies darting around the garden and I managed to get a shot or two, but I was particularly pleased to get a few shots of this chap hovering over the patio, using the pro-capture mode on my camera.
