3pm dad had a TIA (mini stroke). Dialled 999. Ambulance arrived promptly. 5pm ambulance arrived at RUH, Bath. Taken in to ACU, a holding ward staffed by paramedics. 9.30pm moved from ACU in to A&E and seen by nurse, tests etc. 9.30pm my brother arrived with food, drink and warm clothing for me. Midnight, still waiting for test results. To be continued...
