Dripping wet

Rain until late-afternoon, quite a while since that happened and it's done the plants good. I'm happy not to have to water them for a couple of days!

Big pan of soup made this morning, lentil with coriander and caraway this time so we have some variety. Fridge cleaned before the supermarket delivery arrived - lots of substitutions this time as thing's I'd ordered only yesterday were no longer available.

May have been a little over-enthusiastic on the exercise bike this evening, as acute back pain kicked in shortly after I got off it. Thankfully it subsided after a couple of hours. Hoping it stays away...
