The Father of Computing

Staying in the centre of Manchester this week as there must be something on that has pushed up the hotel prices, it was no more expensive in the centre and I get a change of and better selection of eating places.

It also gives me a chance to get out around the centre. Not too faraway from me is this memorial to Alan Turing, the father of modern computing.
