A Monday. 

To be fair, apart from the weather nothing has been problematic, but it has rained all day. 

I had stuff to keep me busy inside, but it was a bit tedious. 

The main bit of the “stuff” was important, mind you. I have now finalised arrangements to spend Britain’s National Embarrassment Day (3 June) in a republic. What is left of my sanity should be safe enough there. 

As usual on wet days, I tried to end the day in a positive way by making myself a good dinner. Today it was venison steak with a strawberry sauce (frozen strawberries from my garden) plus sweet potato oven chips. I had some leftover tzatziki as well to make sure I stink of garlic for the next 12 hours.
