Something new for me today and a reason why I'm late posting.  Time to work of capturing birds in flight, more difficult than expected.  High ISO and working between aperture, shutter speed and automatic, yes automatic.  Didn't use that much.  No rain, but darkish.  Plenty of food for all and reasonably easy to photograph birds feeding, but the little devils are quick. The woodpecker has two favourite trees I was told and this is one.  He is eating fat that has been pushed into holes in the bark.  There might be more of these to come as I haven't finished checking the rest of the photos.  Put another way, two batteries needed charging when I got home.
