Raindrops.

Woke to a very misty morning.
Must have had a lot of rain during the night as the tulips were flattened with the weight of the water.
One or two other tender new shoots were broken off some of the perennials.
However it cleared up by lunch time, and this afternoon was very warm and sunny, so after another trip to buy more compost, spent the time in the garden planting. Topped up the potatoes for the last time. Never known them grow so fast.

Now a few rumbles if thunder and it is pouring down.
It’s very warm and feels like a sauna outside. Certainly good growing weather.
