Artist at work

Whilst on our yomp round he circuit minor yesterday M asked me if I knew anyone who could freshen up the mural on the Tin Pub. I did. I gave Himself a nudge.. He volunteered and here he is in action today. You can see how all the paint has faded and flaked and now look how gorgeous it looks. The Tin Pub is looking pretty smart altogether- note new tin roof - and is ready for it's opening next weekend. He's now got the sign board to do as well!
A lovely day and I have avoided all screens and been working in the garden which is now rampant exuberant! It's clouded over now and gone humid so I fear we won't see the lunar eclipse promised early tomorrow morning.
