Patisserie At Home
I was invited along to a book launch. A very talented patissier and chocliatier called Will Torrent was launching his first cookery book. Will is also the face of Pampered Chef
It was held at Will's old University, the University of West London. The current 3rd year students cooked some of the recipes from his book. Now I may be biased a touch but the food was literally sublime. I have never had such delicate, tasty and thoroughly enjoyable food.
Here is Will with another fellow of the University, chef Brian Turner. Brian spoke at the launch of the book which by all accounts was very well received (speeches and book!)
