Alcester preparations for the Jubilee

What a contrast to yesterday.

Grey and starting to rain.

Squirrel population down by one as a hawk drops in and carts off one of our residents.

Blip is of Jubilee celebrations preparation in Alcester High Street. The queen has performed a great role over the last 70 years but hopefully we will move towards becoming a republic when she sadly passes away. The prospect of Charles and then William following her is certainly not something I wish to follow.
