Arrived home after an easy journey even though it was very warm in the sunshine.  The wisteria smells absolutely incredible and the green has appeared while we have been away. 
We woke early as I had advertised a boat on Gumtree. You never know with people on gumtree as to whether they will actually turn up (in my experience) but the guy I had hooked with the ad said he would turn up at 9.30. He actually arrived at 9am so I am glad we were up and running from 7!  Cars were virtually all packed up by then and after a quick breakfast we set off in different directions.
It's hot down here!! I was very definitely overdressed when I arrived!!
