In the flat I am staying in.

So my shoulder is excruciatingly painful and I can hardly move my arm at all! I didnt sleep much last night.

Went to buy a sim card for my phone and bought painkillers! Tried to book an appointment with a physiotherapist but they are fully booked for some weeks! Not a great start to my trip!
