Day five: enough now

I was doing fine and even enjoying a walk in the afternoon sun until the ear pain started. We had enjoyed a lie-in, had lazy brunch in the garden, played cards,  

Ear infections following flu with bad Eustachian tube congestion are common. And f****ing painful. Take my word for it.
