Growing

On my way to the market saw two of the moorhens in their favourite spot - the chick is almost the same size as the parent now, so should at least be safe from gull predation. 

Managed to unroll the yoga mat and did half an hour of Ashtanga. I'm sure I'll feel the benefit......eventually. But the creaking was audible at some points.
