No Mow May..

An advantage of leaving the lawnmower in the shed for a month is the longer blades of grass for the wildlife to enjoy, and this holly blue took time out to soak up the glorious sunshine and temperatures we have in Essex today! 

Another meh night of sleep - anyone got a hammer to knock me out?! - but surprisingly ok energy wise this morning so did more garden pottering digging out old spanish bluebells as they're taking over again, and then found a shady spot for the afternoon to sit and read in! Make the most of it is my motto ... always lol
