Causing an Obstruction

For some reason this ship has been tied up across the water close to this week's hotel, such that 2 other craft could not get out if they wanted to. Neither would be of the sort that a  Russian Oligarch would own, they are in far too poor condition for that, so they can't be blocking them in for that reason. It does however add a little interest to the view during breakfast.
