Garlic..

How times change.   I grew up eating very plain good food. There's nothing wrong with that but over  the years a gradual exposure to a wide variety of ethnic food has changed the way we cook and eat. Once upon a time I wouldn't have known what to do with garlic, now I wouldn't be without it.
