Western Tanager

I had just taken off my 500 lens and I saw this guy leave the feeder and fly into the tree!  Oh, no.  I put it back on and began my search for him again. Oh, let me try the back yard trees.  Yup.  There he was.   I was able to get a few good shots before he got tired of me shooting him and he flew off.  I didn't see him the rest of the day.    I did take some other shots of birds and will post my flower shot.    I felt that the Tanager trumped the flower!
