Stones on ice

Again lots of pictures I couldn't use for my blip but I guess here's the essential of my afternoon. Now that I'm lucky to have some leisure time I'm trying to help out at school where I can, mostly volunteer driving and photographing. Curling, barbie mummification, a couple of class pictures, looking forward to the salmon release trip in a couple of weeks. It's all great fun to be involved and a good excuse not to do what I should be doing - updating resumes and writing applications and studying for my certification exam!

This time I pushed the ISO way up so that I could use my other lens. Next timeI'm going to try panning for the curling stone - found some great curling pictures using panning.
