A peony tulip in my garden, it has been there at least 8 years. These ones don't usually last that long, a year or 2 at the most.
I found out today that my truck handles hauling a heavy weight better than my old truck did. We were cleaning out a neglected garden so lots of weeds and grass that had soil attached to the roots. The local dump has a section for yard waste, and when I came out of there I looked at the weight and there had been 390 kg on the back of the truck. I hope to get back on Thursday to finish that job, so will post before and after photos then.
Another day with record breaking temperatures, but not as hot as yesterday. The first day that I work with short sleeves and it doesn't matter if I use sun screen or not, my arms turn red. It's the beginning of my farmer's tan, lol.
Tomorrow is the first plant buying trip for the season and it is supposed to be another warm one. I think I am going to get up early and make sure I am on the road by 8 am.
