Busy couple of days approaching.

One of our investors from the UK is out for the weekend to see his new house and see how work is coming along. And might lend a hand putting in the new kitchen this weekend.

Managed to get the drywall finished today, got most of it mudded as well and the door surround back in place. Unfortunately the new kitchen will go in before the mud has been finished on the drywall joints, but can't really help that. Decided that to keep this project short we'd only do what's necessary rather than a full job - hence not finishing all the mudding on the bits that won't be seen, and not bothering to paint anything that we wouldn't see either. The visible bits I'll finish next week and get them to a decent standard.

Not sure what my plan is tomorrow, maybe just trying to sort out the rubbish a bit. Definitely get the kitchen floor up and replaced though. Maybe cabinets on Saturday.
