SPRING meadow lake, MT

Went for a really lovely mountain bike ride after work tonight with my puppy, Zelda. As we drove past Spring Meadow Lake on the way home, I thought I saw two swans! So... I turned back and stopped n the parking lot to see what we could see.
I didn't see the swans, but did see lots of ducks and geese. None of them up close enough to figure out what species of duck they were. However, I can't wait to go back soon one evening or morning to get a closer look. Spring is coming!

14 degrees F this morning when I awoke, 50 degrees this evening as I was biking. That's spring in Montana for sure.
