Sunshine and showers (Day 2563)

Out to a repeat customer first thing this morning to change a couple of shower valves which weren't working properly.
The plan had been to get along to another customer afterwards who needed some pipes moved. When he called a couple of days ago, he said the job would wait until next week. When I called him to say I was on my way to him this morning, he told me he got someone else to do the job because he couldn't wait for me. People are odd.
I picked up a few things I needed then headed home for lunch. Next up a very wet wander with Sigyn. Typically the rain was easing off as I got home.
I cleared out the van, then my beautiful wife and I headed to town to get a load of stuff including a pallet of pellets for the boiler.
After unloading at home, we headed across to Stromness to do the hoss check. It was raining as we arrived, but brightened a bit while we were there.
