Spring

We went straight from damp, cold and nasty to hot, hot, hot (into the 90sF) - leaving everyone to wonder if Mother Nature forgot to Spring! The first part of this week, branches remained bare and bees buzzed, but there were no flowers.

Then, seemingly overnight. . . blossoms! Smudges of green at the tips of trees! Grass!

Pollen. Sneezing. Wheezing.

Nope, Nature didn't forgot, she was just a bit delayed.

But I'll take it! Here's spring in all it's fanfare across the lane at my neighbor's garden. And we're looking to get more spring-like temps over the weekend, keeping fingers crossed!
