Walking the duck!

We went for a walk along Ocean Beach this morning, and were joined by a very friendly Paradise duck, who walked with us for about 2 k's along the beach. He was searching for sand hoppers for his breakfast, found many of them so was duly satisfied. We wondered what would happen when this dog joined the group, but the duck just kept on walking, the dog owners called the dog off, so we all carried on our merry way. When we reached the car another couple headed out for their walk, and the duck joined them as they headed back up the beach. It is a cloudy and warm day.
