New ‘Bits’

March it was new glasses now I can see better but there are some sights better not seen.
May new hearing aids now I can hear better but some sounds are better unheard.
Only kidding I think, glasses are not really a problem but when people see hearing aids the natural reaction is to raise their voice which is counter productive as the hearing aids already amplify the sound.
I had planned to join the Friends Of Falmouth Cemetery walk today but predicted bad weather meant it was called off only for the weather to improve in the afternoon.
Instead I contemplated last nights row out in the gig, couple of unhappy people in the boat which doesn’t bode well.
