Went charity shopping and poke hunting in am - then made days worth of veggie chilli and Cauli rice to try and loose some weight before holiday - since Monday I’ve done daily workout and upwards of 25k steps too as well and super strict eating - making calorie deficits of 1k plus - and eating 3 meals and snacks! Collected Melody and we did workout - watched the circle (inappropriate) then I gave her charity shop gifts 2x games - a skipping rope that counts skips and table tennis set
