Nesting time.

Swans on the canal. They're just round from the boat house but seem unfazed by the boats manoeuvering near-by. At least they've chosen a better site than last year's nest - a ditched shopping trolley stuck in the undergrowth of canal-side-ness.

I would have cropped this and had a closer pic of bigger swans, but it's very shaky - and was the best of a bad bunch. At the time, I had to encourage a member of public on the boat to go back and sit down - so I had to take this as fast as I could before the skipper shouted at me for not getting the woman back inside.

That - and I tidied today. Me! Tidied. I nearly have a spare bedroom back. Pictures were taken.
