Type 23 frigate built in Yarrows yard on the Clyde in 1999 for the Royal Navy...seen here on "ops" on the Clyde..The first Type 26 anti submarine frigate is under construction in BAE Systems Govan yard to be named appropriately HMS Glasgow...and first Type 31 under construction in Babcock's Rosyth yard five being built at a cost of £250 million each!!
