Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

Miss Flum has had her long tresses cut into a neat bob and is sending the 40 cms of hair to Little Princess Trust, a charity that makes wigs for children with cancer.

Her straight hair makes an interesting contrast with my plaits, which, ever since they were cut off (when I was about nine) have been stored in a paper bag in a drawer.
