What a weekend of baking it has been! I baked a practice cake on Friday, then iced it yesterday. I'm baking Bethan's 1st birthday cake next week so I want to get it perfect and fulfil my Auntie duties!

I baked these today for my Grandparents and also for a family friend who is going through a rough time.
