Butterfly bank

GG working at nature reserve today, woodchipping paths.  It would have made a boring blip so this is the end result of the butterfly bank we worked so hard on, on previous visits.  Not so many volunteers today as quite a few are worried about being bitten by insects near the water.
Came home and as I was in gardening gear, I cut the front grass and got rid of a few weeds between the flagstones.  Will tackle the rest another day.
Just had a refreshing shower as tonight I am invited out to celebrate the 18th birthday of my youngest grandchild.  Where have all those years gone?
