Caught up

This scarf was caught on a tree out of reach at the side of the motorway footbridge. Wonder where it came from. I spotted it on a lunchtime wander. 
Worked late tonight as on a seminar with people in United States very interesting and worth the effort. Need to write up my notes though, I have a habit of forgetting quickly
