Thirty No More

Started my physio exercises today, but only after I'd already amassed my 10,000 steps.

Drove to work, parking a good 15 minutes away from the office, lunchtime walk (albeit to get some chips n curry sauce), back to the car park; then a wander round the park after tea.

Not sure if I did them all right, but could definitely 'feel' some of them.

Hopefully I'll end up with some stronger muscles especially around the knees!

The church through the tree is Stapleton church.
