art on the cyclepath

as they prepare a new map, and look, for the cycle path...i wonder if the next attempt will be categorised as fact...the last one seemed to scream: "file me under fiction, fantasy to be precise....!"
but he was pretty content to allow me to blip him and question him on the funding...sometimes i despair...of myself that is:-)
