A Rewarding Day

Today was a day of work. First we worked indoors, Jan with the political newsletter, and me with the Tai Chi film, (stage 1 of 3 is now done.) Once those tasks were completed we worked again in the garden, raking and removing natural rubbish. Finally we finished off with a beer in the sun, on our doorstep.  The shadow of the cabin we call Betty's was chasing us along the bench there and finally onto the step itself.
A lovely day and a lovely evening.
There's an extra today too. One of the chestnut buds that featured yesterday had opened to reveal new leaves and the hidden flower was less hidden.
